Teruel is not just our headquarters; it is our way of understanding business. Growing from the territory means creating jobs where they are needed most, investing where others do not reach, and proving that inland Spain can be a global capital of innovation.
We do not copy solutions, we invent them. Over five million euros per year in R&D, five active university chairs, agreements with the CSIC, and biotechnology laboratories allow us to stay one step ahead in the sectors where we operate. 2025 National Innovation Award.
Fertinagro Organia was the first fertilizer factory to achieve zero CO₂ emissions. Our circular economy converts swine by-products into biostimulant fertilizers. And our EcoVadis Platinum medal places us in the top 1% of the highest-rated companies in the world for ESG criteria. For our group, sustainability is not a goal; it is the working method imbued in all our processes.
We remain a family group in the values that guide us—loyalty to the territory, sense of belonging, intergenerational responsibility—even though we operate with the scale of a multinational group, with strategic alliances worldwide.
Our commitment goes beyond business: giving back to society part of what it has given us. Térvalis Foundation is the soul and active conscience of the Group. Through its two Special Employment Centers and its Work Insertion Company, it creates stable jobs for people in vulnerable situations. Because commitment knows no borders, the Foundation also supports a school in Senegal attended by nearly a thousand children, supports another center with 300 students, and carries out various international cooperation projects.

MISSION

Transforming the natural resources of the territory into sustainable solutions for agriculture, food, and energy, generating economic, social, and environmental value for the communities where we operate.

VISION

To be the benchmark group in bioeconomy and sustainable agrifood on a global scale, maintaining our Teruel identity as our origin and our values as the foundation of everything we do.

PURPOSE

From Teruel to the world. Where others see land, at Térvalis we see the future. We grow where we were born, and from here, we feed the world.
