In addition to its agricultural activity, it acts as a living laboratory for the development and validation of agronomic solutions, focusing on high-value crops with a future in rural areas.

    Objective: Consolidate a sustainable, diversified, and scalable agricultural platform with a positive environmental and economic impact.

    EXTENSIVE CROPS

    • Area: 1,000 ha.
    • Location: Province of Teruel
    • Crops: Cereal, sunflower, and legumes. Cultivated in rotation (75 ha irrigated). Cultivation of high-yield varieties such as bread wheat and high-oleic sunflowers.
    • Certification: Certified organic farm (Aragon Committee).

    PASTURES AND LIVESTOCK

    • Area: 500 ha.
    • Location: Province of Teruel
    • Use: Dedicated to extensive grazing of sheep and cattle.

    TRUFFLE

    • Area: 200 ha.
    • Location: Province of Teruel
    • Species: A combination of summer truffles (Aestivum) and winter truffles (Melanosporum).

    CITRUS FRUITS

    • Area: 50 ha.
    • Location: Provinces of Valencia and Castellón.
    • Crops: Irrigated land.

    AVOCADOS

    • Area: 10 ha.
    • Location: Province of Valencia.
    • Crops: Irrigated land.

    OLIVE TREES

    • Area: 50 ha.
    • Location: Province of Valencia.

    VINEYARD

    • Area: 40 ha.
    • Location: Province of Teruel (Bajo Aragón).

    PERSIMMON

    • Area: 60 ha.
    • Location: Province of Huelva.
